Experience-based supper club AYỌ, return to Cook for Good for the eagerly anticipated Chef's Table series.
The chef’s table-style dinner sees 15 guests guided through a 10 course tasting menu filled with African flavours akin to the chef’s Nigerian heritage and complemented with expertly curated wine pairings. This time round, we're joined by Chef Angelo Gonzalez who will be taking over half of the menu with a Colombian inspired take.
The immersive menu adopts the Japanese tradition of Omakase, with each dish selection left to the chef; guests simply need to provide allergies and dietary requirements. Each dish is then prepared in full view while venturing through their traditional culinary origins.
The result is an immersive dining experience filled with unique flavours, enthralling engagement between guests and hosts, and wine-fueled exuberance. The convergence of cultures with experience makes AYỌ a unique outfit in London’s dining scene. Not quite a restaurant, not quite a supper club, it is best described as a ‘concept dining experience for the eclectic palate.’
