About Liam Barker:
Liam Barker began his culinary career at London’s Corrigan’s Mayfair, known for their bold flavors and refined riffs on traditional British cooking. It was the sister restaurant to the Michelin Bentleys Oyster Bar & Grill and what ended up being the perfect opportunity for Liam to gain valuable experience on the fly.
